The chain is in California. Great spicy chicken good red beans and rice . Good service. They have much better biscuits here than Cali. Keep up good work

Ok ok I am writing a review in a fast food chain. I can't belive it. I actually like this place not like any other place. The chicken is good the mash potatos r really good. So if u hve never been to Poppyes go and try it

watch out for reciept they over charged me and never gave me reciept. they stole 3 dollars over my order... very bad business!!!

Well, we drove out to Labelle again just to have some Popeye's chicken. As usual, it was great. But the best part is: after eating we went out back and saw the Red-headed Woodpeckers that live there. They have been living there for many years (I first saw them there in 2004) and it's a real treat to see them - they just aren't that common.

4th of July 6PM, chicken was bland and over cooked, garlic shrimp special was bland and no sauce. Cashier was incompetent, but manager was nice. We are stockholders of parent co and will dump this stock. We need KFC in Lehigh.

My five stars is based on my drive-thru experience. Going through a fast food drive-thru rarely sparks interest in writing a review; however, I feel that my overall experience within a span of a few minutes was pleasantly surprising. We were formally greeted when we pulled up to order. We were quite indecisive as we shared that we needed a few minutes. To help spar some definitive choices, the lady shared the specials and gave us some good options. Having worked in sales/marketing previously, I was impressed with her friendly tone of voice and her initiative to probe and funnel in an efficient manner (as to not to upset the regular workflow), especially at a fast food place. After we finished our order, she properly read back our order for confirmation, and we then received our food with all the fixings we needed. (Typically, I have a quota of fast food joints messing up my order by missing a straw, pouring the wrong drink, etc.) To summarize-our order was prompt, had knowledgeable staff that took initiative to meet our needs, and who doesn't like Popeye's biscuits?!?! Kudos to Popeye's for delivering their very best.

My wife is in the drive thru now and purchased four box meals. They brought her one and argued with her about what she purchased. She obviously didn't pay $24 for three chicken strips, two sides, and a biscuit! Now she is inside arguing with them! Every time we go there they are rude and we end up getting the wrong meal. We won't be back!!!
